My group is exploring staying at big and awesome AirBnBs near the west entrance of Yellowstone Park. Here are my findings so far.

I am only looking at 6+ bed AirBnBs so far. I haven't found one that can accommodate all seven families. So we might have to divide it up into two different Airbnbs.

I am also looking exclusively near the western entrance of Yellowstone Park.
