Pricing questions
Why one-time instead of a subscription?
ShowNotes is a tool you reach for a few times a week, not a platform you live in all day. One-time pricing fits that usage pattern. You pay once, you own it, it keeps working. If we add major new capabilities (sync, voice triggers) those may become an optional add-on — but your $49 purchase keeps working forever.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, the app asks you to buy. Your decks and cards are still there — nothing is deleted. Purchase, enter your license key, and you’re back in. No re-download, no data loss.
Can I use it on multiple Macs?
Yes. One license, all your Macs. Personal use — your desktop, your laptop, your studio Mac. No device limits, no activation caps.
Do you offer team pricing?
Not yet. For now, each person on the team buys their own license. If you’re buying for a team of 5+, email [email protected] and we’ll work something out.
Is there a refund policy?
The 14-day trial is the full app with no limitations, so you can evaluate it completely before paying. If something goes wrong after purchase, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles tax, receipts, and compliance in every country.
